One—Night Stand

As-per promised by my maker

the right thing was about to

happen to me—we exchanged

glances through a department

store window.

It was for all intents and purposes

love at first sight; hadn’t felt this

way in a very long time—deep down

inside I knew it was perfect; we

were now in a world of our own.

We chatted, although the conversation

was rather one-sided, but that didn’t

matter to me—I was in 7th heaven;

came home with me; drew the shades;

relaxed and floated downstream.

To think all this was happening even

though we’d only known each other

a minimal amount of time; I knew the

relationship would extend beyond

the initial encounter.

The only thing that bothered me was

it was a result of a direct payment of

money; but since I had patiently waited

for a long time, I still wanted to have

contact as I got inside.

This caused great sensation; was nice

and warm and smelled good; would soon

lead to multiplicity—I filled it up; would

take it out, and fill it up again; this went

on—morning, noon, and night.

This one-night stand certainly fulfilled

its purpose; in return, there was much

respect—never took it for granted; yes,

I had finally found the perfect place to

keep my keys, wallet, and glasses!
